The Electric Works
The second building currently under construction is Electric Works - a serviced office environment for growing businesses within the digital and creative industries.
The facility is aimed at a wide range of companies from start-ups to 50 person businesses. There will be a range of accommodation on offer with smaller serviced office spaces from 250 sq ft up to around 2,000 sq ft and larger semi-serviced spaces for companies requiring up to 5,000 sq ft. The serviced spaces will be available on flexible licenses, renewable annually with just a one month notice period. A full range of services including telephony, IT and bureau services will be available. The larger semi-serviced spaces will also have the ability to access some of these services and will be available to rent on 3 or 5 year leases.
Electric Works will also provide high quality meeting and conference facilities. There will be a range of meeting room options, for both informal small meetings and larger conferences and events for up to 200 people.
